iOS Accident Documentation App for Foundations Pre-School

The vendor worked closely with the client to translate business needs into technical requirements, designing digital forms that matched the paper workflow and implementing logic for recording, storing, and uploading information. They developed a test app embedded in the client's website and built a signature feature to capture legally binding signatures from guardians, staff, and witnesses. The first iteration was completed in roughly 2–3 months and launched in the App Store; the vendor has continued to provide tech support and additional feature development thereafter.
