Project Solution

VentureDive developed a cross-platform (iOS and Android) mobile app for GoRead.pk that enabled volunteers to register, share details, access resources and receive schedules, reminders and notifications. The vendor centralized volunteer management and feedback capabilities within the app, comarketed the pilot with the client and coordinated delivery using tools such as Jira and Zoom. A team of around 12 people, led by a project lead, was assigned and resources were adjusted as needed to meet the pilot timeline.
