They produced a project brief (personas, user stories, mockups, competition analysis), coordinated with recommended external partners (Shopify migration and CGI rendering), worked on a time-and-materials plan with clear budget predictions, and iteratively delivered the first scope on time before launching the configurator and new Shopify site.
