Project Solution

They implemented role-based authentication, ANPR capture with manual override, and a light Admin Web Console (Phase 1) for masters and basic reporting. Integrations were implemented at Level 1 using REST APIs with SFTP as a fallback, and Level 1 dashboards provided live queue and TAT visibility.
