Project Solution

Teravision formed multiple podded teams (including backend/frontend engineers, QA, scrum masters, product owners, and DevOps), embedded a scrum master and QA into an internal APM pod, and ran daily scrum-of-scrums and weekly technical meetings. They executed development and QA work across identified site areas (search and media features, user registration/login/account/history, projects/favorites/sharing/notifications) and used AWS, React, and Azure Pipelines for the implementation.
