Project Solution

Teamvoy was selected after near- and offshore vendor research and delivered the project using Scrum with daily standups, Slack and GitLab for task tracking. They provided full-stack delivery (backend, frontend, QA and PM), implemented chatbot integration, and completed app-store launch for both Android and iOS. Teamvoy also later coordinated the replacement of the bot component with Microsoft Bot Framework (MS Bots).
