Talentica studied the provided scope document and ran a workshop to identify the go-to-market features required for the MVP. Project milestones were defined and executed using agile methodologies. The platform was developed using a React, Java and MongoDB stack and hosted on AWS. During the MVP phase 5–6 resources worked on the project including a Project Manager, Team Leader, three developers and a tester, and Talentica continued to provide feature enhancements thereafter.
