Talentica developed a double-sided car-buyers marketplace from prototype to MVP. They created the prototype, set up dev/test/prod environments in AWS, integrated payment processing, and developed and tested the platform using React.js and PostgreSQL. A five-member development team, led by a named tech lead, executed the build and coordinated with the client through regular meetings.
