Project Solution

Svitla Systems designed and developed a tailored claims-management application to register, assign, operate, control and perform continuous follow-ups of sales by establishing process statuses and facilitating communication between operations, sales, consumers and clients. The backend was implemented in Django and the frontend in Vue.js. The vendor participated in designing user cases in addition to software development and delivered key reports, automation of reports and letters, sales registration and assignment features, macroprocess design and multiple self-service and costing modules.
