Sudolabs took the client's prototype and APIs, ran weekly syncs and iterative design reviews, and implemented the front-end experience. They provided consistent engineering resources (two engineers), a project manager, and designers as needed, built a responsive UI in React and TypeScript, implemented Next.js endpoints, integrated with the client's BI tool and auth provider (JWT), and added support for on-prem deployments. They also assisted with third-party solution assessment and ongoing backlog grooming and sprint planning.
