Sudolabs performed technical analysis and estimation of the initial app and back-office, recommending React Native to enable fast time-to-market and easier maintenance. The vendor and client agreed on initial scope and budget, and later moved to a time-and-materials contract to accommodate scope changes. Throughout development Sudolabs provided in-depth technical analysis and alternative solutions based on project constraints, delivering the app and back-office with a team including a project manager, two back-end developers and one front-end developer.
