Project Solution

SPEC INDIA developed native iOS and Android mobile applications for a passwordless manager (Passwordless MFA, SSO) and delivered source code and user manuals. The vendor integrated biometrics, FIDO and identity services and implemented backend/cloud integration using Java and AWS with Angular for frontend components. The engagement used Agile with two-week sprints; communication included daily standups, Google Meet and Keybase, and project management used Linear and Notion. The vendor team comprised five resources across mobile, frontend, backend and project management roles.
