Slash ran a discovery phase and led product and UX/UI design, then implemented and delivered a cloud-based web application that automates recruiting workflows. The team developed a frontend in React and a backend using PostgreSQL and AWS Lambda, integrated Bullhorn via API, and connected an external AI matching service to extract job descriptions and generate ranked candidate lists.
