After design sign-off the vendor quoted and began development: they reviewed shared code, integrated with the server-side API, contributed to database design, and are building the product using .NET Core and AngularJS. They developed a staging environment, modularized code across modules (including some Backbone.js modules), and are consolidating the code into a single repository while handing off code for the client's internal reviews and final adjustments.
