Project Summary

Shri Genesis Software Solutions redesigned and developed a new PHP website for a logistics and courier company, delivering mockups and implementing the approved designs. After launch, the site produced an 80% increase in traffic and incoming leads doubled month-over-month. The vendor provided active project management and tracking and delivered a professional, robust website that improved visitors' understanding of services.

Key Challenges

Project Solution

The vendor produced mockup designs, reviewed and refined them with the client, and then developed the approved site using a PHP framework. They uploaded source code to a testing domain for client feedback, completed development and testing, and then hosted the live site. Project management was led by a named project manager (Rahul) and project tracking was provided via the vendor's project management tool.
