Project Solution

Serengeti was engaged via referral to rebuild the customer's software into a cloud-native application. They replaced the Sencha UI with an Angular 11 frontend and implemented UX improvements, migrated backend systems from a Java 6 monolith to Java Spring microservices, and deployed the solution on AWS using CI/CD. The vendor embedded teams into the client's organization, providing a front-end scrum team (team lead + 4 developers) and a back-end team of 4 developers to support microservices.
