Selleo was selected after interviewing multiple Polish and Ukrainian Rails firms. They planned the project, set up the application architecture, developed the web site/app, and performed DevOps work. The vendor staffed the engagement with a lead developer, three other Rails developers, and a designer/frontend developer and supported launch and ongoing development.
