Seedium dissected the legacy codebase and designed a modern, service‑oriented architecture. They implemented a React + TypeScript front end and containerised Node.js backend services, introduced a component library, and performed performance tuning and accessibility and internationalisation work. They authored the matching engine that computes the culture‑fit score with validation and row‑level security, and built an automated deployment pipeline that cut deploy times substantially. Seedium collaborated closely with product management, produced rapid prototypes and architecture decision records, and phased deliveries to launch three major modules on schedule.
