Project Solution

SDLC developed and launched a React and Node website with payment and ordering functionality and is building a complementary mobile app. The team of four (including a project manager, a UI/UX designer, a front-end developer and a back-end developer) followed an agile approach using Freedcamp for task management and Jira for product management, and communicated via email and Skype.
