SapientPro was hired by a Dutch nonprofit (the Welcome App) to revamp an existing mobile application that supports newcomers and refugees. The vendor overhauled the app’s UI/UX, completed incomplete designs, and implemented several key features including a question portal, social features for trainings and events, and an in-app translation/interpreter.
