Project Solution

RunProf built the project from scratch, delivering a Flutter-based mobile application for iOS and Android and a website frontend and backend using Vue.js and Node.js. The system included features to manage club affairs, publish updates and news, manage branches and sports teams, and an integrated online store. A 14-person vendor team (3 backend, 3 frontend, 2 Android, 2 iOS, a team lead, QA engineer, UI/UX designer and product manager) followed Agile methodology and provided regular reporting.
