They performed rapid prototyping and built an iOS and Android guidebook-style app for national parks, then developed a web- and mobile-based medical training simulation (a simulation-type game for first responders). The vendor integrated with the client’s workflows via a hybrid approach using the client’s commercial tool plus RIKSOF’s in-house project management system and provided project management support including PM contacts and a business analyst.
