Project Solution

Relevant built a working prototype using the AppSheet low-code platform to address synchronization, coordination, analysis and optimization of production. They scoped and delivered a test-mode implementation on one production line to validate workflows and requirements, enabling employees to report product counts at each stage, view product readiness, and reduce paperwork. The vendor proposed and executed a Discovery phase, recommended the prototype approach to reduce risk and cost, and staffed the engagement with an Android Developer, a Business Analyst, and a Project Manager.
