Project Solution

My team searched online for app developers and compiled a shortlist. We interviewed each company and selected QSD BiH based on the quality of work, professionalism, and ease of communication. Their advice is valuable and they are happy to jump on calls to address tricky problems. Once selected, we worked on a proof-of-concept pilot project and created a quick prototype for review and estimation. The project was delivered on time and on budget. From there, we continued improving various aspects of the apps and responding to customer requests in an agile way. We were assigned a project manager, and collaboration was smooth and transparent between our developers and QSD BiH's mobile developers. We also implemented Git version control so all changes could be tracked and monitored.
