The platform allows users to browse doctors by category, filter results, view profiles and reviews, book and pay for appointments, and pull medical records. Doctors can manage schedules. Video calls were implemented using WebRTC and the solution is HIPAA compliant. The platform supports a subscription and commission revenue model.
