Project Solution

Peiko built the CRM's user interface and backend to allow customers to gauge market changes, manage pricing, and view competitor prices. The implementation used PHP, JavaScript, HTML and MySQL. The engagement followed Scrum practices, with a project manager coordinating communication and tooling (Jira, Trello) while the team of six (UI/UX, frontend, two backend, QA, PM) delivered the product over February 2019–February 2020.
