OAK’S LAB built a custom platform from a Bootstrap starting point, following a three-month phased approach: scoping products (month 1), building with user testing (month 2), and additional design, development, and testing (month 3). The team implemented AI/machine-learning tools to extract key terms from uploaded legal agreements and to enable keyword search across large numbers of pages and contracts. They focused exclusively on the project's development process for the initial three-month phase, completed the first phase, and also provided support for sales, marketing, and fundraising. The engagement involves a project manager, a lead designer, a lead engineer, and a sub engineer, and the relationship is ongoing.
