Project Solution

Nomtek conducted user interviews with the client’s UX manager, helped validate the business model by creating a value proposition canvas and business modeling canvas, and built UX prototypes. They designed experiments including participant criteria and conditions, coordinated teachers and students as participants, and supported marketing efforts for recruitment. The team prioritized availability of the COO and UX designer during the engagement and shifted to a lighter Kanban process when the team reduced in size.
