Project Solution

Netgen conducted a discovery phase with UX workshops to define goals, user personas, and customer journeys and produced wireframe and interactive prototypes that were tested and iterated. The development phase implemented the webshop on the Sylius eCommerce platform with a Symfony PHP backend and a React frontend, following agile practices and multiple monthly releases. After the first release, Netgen also ran growth campaigns on Google and Facebook to support webshop adoption.
