Project Solution

Neoteric delivered custom software development work embedded into the client's Odoo ERP and built a standalone application. They developed a workplace organization app implementing the 5S methodology (plus safety) that enables administrators to draw facility areas, link them to Odoo, and view inspection status, completion percentages, and numeric scores. They are also building a Balanced Scorecards performance management system with quarterly strategy maps and integrations to collect data automatically or manually. The implementation used Angular and TypeScript for the frontend, JointJS for diagrams, Jasmine/Karma and Cucumber for testing, and GitHub for CI/CD.
