Project Solution

NeoCoast built a web-based application along with a middle tier, backend, and data processing platform and worked as an integrated extension of the client's onshore team using an agile process (roadmap and sprints). The frontend work used React and Ruby, while backend databases included PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL. The vendor provided a small dedicated team (currently four people) and continuous communication via Slack and video conferencing.
