The engagement included staffing (initial team of 13–14 across Java/Python, PM, architects, UI designer) and later expansion to ~20 across module-specific teams and integrated testing engineers. Collaboration used JIRA/Confluence, Slack, and Zoom, with on-site visits and planned interchange of staff.
