Mobikasa ran a discovery process with the client, held kickoff meetings in their Manhattan office, and designed and built a full-scale iOS and Android telehealth app. The team assigned a project manager, and front-end and back-end developers executed weekly sprints and progress reviews using Trello and regular meetings to deliver the app in 2020.
