Leobit was engaged to provide extra development resources on an existing, mature application to help complete the remaining work for the first phase. They supplied a technical lead, two intermediate developers, a QA, and a part-time project manager, and worked on the application built with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API and DevExtreme UI components. The team integrated with the client's workflow, participated in Scrum ceremonies, and scaled resourcing up and down as required.
