Project Solution

LeanCode ran pre-development workshops, designed the product, and iteratively developed three major versions of the Activy platform. Deliverables included server applications, native iOS/Android clients and a web admin panel (initially .NET/Xamarin on Azure), a machine-learning fraud detection module, and later rebuilt mobile and web components in React Native with Google Cloud Firestore for activity data storage. They also supported UX, business-model design and feature prioritization.
