Project Summary

Lasting Dynamics SRL developed a React Native lifestyle mobile application for an IT consultancy's insurance initiative (client: FWD) across six markets, staffed by about 20 people. The vendor delivered sprint-based work with full QA coverage, achieving 100% test case completion across ten sprints with zero regressions. The team worked transparently using Slack and provided a framework for building and tracking that supported the client's lack of in-house React Native experience.

Key Challenges

  • Build a large lifestyle app to serve six markets
  • Provide React Native expertise to supplement the client's team
  • Staff the engagement with around 20 specialists

Project Deliverables

  • Lifestyle mobile application
  • Sprint-based feature deliverables
  • Test cases and QA deliverables

Project Solution

The vendor was chosen after interviews, primarily for price and availability. They delivered the project using a React Native stack, organized work in sprints with defined deliverables per sprint, and provided QA resources. A 20-person team from Lasting Dynamics (including QA, a Tech Lead, and React Native developers) worked on the app and supported the client's team, which lacked React Native experience.

Project Outcome

  • 100% test case completion across 10 sprints
  • High quality releases with 0 regressions
  • Transparent communication using Slack
  • Provided a framework for building, tracking, and process improvement
