Project Solution

LaSoft designed, developed, tested, and implemented a fully functioning Ruby on Rails web application serving two user types: marketers and vendors. The engagement included frequent stand-ups (2–3x weekly), biweekly sprint demos, Jira-based sprint and release planning, and direct developer involvement in client calls. The team composition included dedicated backend and frontend developers plus part-time PM, designer, DevOps and SEO consultants.
