The vendor implemented an e-commerce-style platform tailored for insurance sales that included a custom price-calculation engine, a customer-facing frontend to view account details, automated generation and delivery of insurance certificates and policies, bespoke accounting and payment-handling logic between insurers and the aggregator, and several automated email communications. The client designed the product in-house and handed designs and requirements to Konstant, which executed the development and subsequent maintenance.
