Project Solution

Konstant was contracted to build native iOS and Android apps and a website in three phases. The first phase focused on requirements, wireframes and creating the app flow and a static landing page. Subsequent phases were to deliver app enhancements, website rollout and back-end reporting; during implementation the team encountered an Apple in‑app purchase policy issue that delayed the iOS launch by about three months, and phase two remains unfinished.

13,000 registered users from 30,000–40,000 downloads.
2,500 books downloaded since launch.
Userbase and downloads are growing despite minimal marketing.
Website functionalities and financial reports remain unfinished, creating legal risk.
A three-day app outage occurred when the app was withdrawn from the store, causing brand damage.
