Project Solution

Jelvix worked from concept and UX/UI design through to mobile prototypes for Android and iOS and prepared to move into production builds. They ran design iterations using inVision and Monosnap, managed the project via Jira, and used GitHub CI/CD with an AWS-based development platform. The vendor implemented backend services including payment and post services and integrated notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. The mobile implementations leverage platform-specific libraries and tools described by the vendor (iOS and Android technology stacks) and the team includes a senior project manager, mobile developers, backend developer, QA engineer, and DevOps engineer.
