Project Solution

Itransition developed the architecture for an AWS-based governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tool from the client's requirements. They visited the client's office to gather details about the business and high data volumes, documented requirements, and set up Jira and Confluence boards for collaboration. The vendor built out the architecture in parallel with development, ran two to three sprint cycles, and delivered a demo/pilot product for iteration and management approvals. A core four-person team (architect, business analyst, program manager, lead developer) led the engagement, with additional staff added as needed.
