Project Solution

Honeycomb Software provided development support to create a semi-permanent demonstration capability that integrates V2I/I2V communications, intelligent traffic management and emergency responder routing while improving trusted trader transit to border crossings. The work included communications between vehicles, city managers, first responders and border authorities, routing trusted-trader vehicles to appropriate lanes based on documentation, and a Power BI page for municipal traffic analytics. Two Honeycomb developers worked alongside partners (Mobi and Amika) with cooperative project management and frequent coordination for technical sessions and testing.
