Project Solution

The vendor designed and built Bitcoin.com Maps: a mobile-first and desktop map view with search and add-store flows, integration with Google Places/Maps for lookup and navigation, push notifications for moderation outcomes, marker spidering for dense locations, a developer-facing API, staging and production servers, and an advanced administrative dashboard for moderators. The work was executed by a five-person team (1 PM, 4 engineers).

Successfully rebranded the project from Marco Coino to Bitcoin.com Maps.
Increased the speed at which new listings were added to Bitcoin.com Maps.
