Global Talent provided staff augmentation beyond initial engineering and data science hires, expanding into customer success, product leadership, and an entire data team sourced in Kyiv. They recruited and built a majority of the Kyiv-based workforce (four-fifths of a 25-person team), placed 14 vendor staff on the client's payroll with additional hires planned, and handled coordination through a junior IT recruiter while maintaining close executive-level engagement. They also provide office space, security, oversight, and management for the hosted team in Kyiv.
