Project Solution

For the MVP, they designed the overall user experience and implemented a set of stand-alone workplaces combined into an end-to-end back-office system to cover the credit financing journey. They built workspaces for origination, underwriting, servicing, collections, system administration (accounts, notifications, document management) and task management. The stack included a Python/Django backend (Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery), Docker-based deployment and AWS services (S3, CloudFront), with a React frontend (React.js, Redux and related libraries). The engagement also augmented the client team and included an 8-person vendor team covering business analysis, backend and frontend engineering, UI/UX design, and QA.
