Project Solution

Global Task ran a discovery phase to gather requirements, produced analysis documents and architecture diagrams, and then executed delivery in sprint cycles as part of a single integrated team. They designed the backbone of the platform, implemented back-end and front-end components, and built database layers using SQL and NoSQL technologies while deploying infrastructure on AWS. The engagement included a cross-functional team of six engineers (back-end, front-end, QA, DevOps and PMs).
