Project Solution

Gauss Development ran a selection process (interviews) and was chosen for their team and past work. They held kickoff meetings, designers produced concepts in Figma, and the team developed an initial Magento webshop which was completed after four to five months. After demonstrating their proprietary e-commerce CMS, the client opted to migrate to that platform; that webshop is currently still in development. Communication and project coordination were handled via Gauss Development's project management app, with the project manager as the main client contact.
