Project Solution

Experion redeveloped the client's store management solution into a web-based ERP using .NET and C# with an Angular/HTML5 frontend, REST APIs and MS SQL Server. The scope covered product management, pricing, stock control, ordering, cash management, label printing, and integration with PDEs, scales and POS devices, with the option to deploy on-premise or as SaaS. The engagement used waterfall for analysis/design and Agile for development, and project artifacts were managed with Confluence, Jira and Zephyr. Experion staffed the work with large, divided development groups and senior project leadership.
