They worked on two projects initially, produced the bulk of templates for a larger project (later passed to the client's internal team), and iterated with the client and end clients to resolve errors and refine the output. The vendor provided a founder-level main contact, a project manager for administration and invoicing, and a few developers to execute the frontend work.
