Project Solution

Equaleyes Solutions provided custom software development starting with a week-long design sprint. The vendor ran a two-day on-site workshop to define target users, challenges and risks, then produced a clickable mock-up/prototype that was validated with clients. After prototype feedback and scope adjustments, Equaleyes developed the dashboard for manufacturing and service personnel and implemented and maintains the mobile app used to control pellet stoves. The vendor also manages backend services and performs OS-related mobile updates for Android and iOS.
